Apologies for the confusion regarding this tier list. The determining factors for me in establishing tiers are the level of difficulty, the potential loot that can be obtained, gimmick and the opponent's likelihood of doing a coinflip. Some monsters are categorized as tier A, such as the guard, because it's an iconic enemy. However, once again, this tier is relative. For new players, almost all enemies will feel difficult if they don't know how to defeat them, but for experienced players, some tier B and S monsters will feel easy. As for the Darkness Beast, why is it at the top tier? It's because its battle is scripted, and based on its resistance in RPG maker, it's immune to K.O, so technically it can't be defeated even if its HP is reduced to 1.

As someone who knows little about fear and hunger, only being recommended a lot of this content recently, and never played it… Seeing “no loot” and other wars of saying “a waste of time and risking your life and limbs when pointless” is both terrifying and fascinating. ​@@Tacobellcramps When you lose a limb in the game, the loss is forever. And you have to start over again to recover them. As if the dreadful enemies is not enough, you have mind and hunger meters which if depleted completely can cause serious problems to your character. It's too easy to have game over in this game.

I'd say the white angel soul is by far the best soul in the game, gives you 100% escape option from every enemey that you can escape from, gives you a free turn every turn and if you use En garde you can attack 3 times before the enemey has a chance to attack, broken soul

I place Jaggerjaws in B they always attack in duos and can absolutely trash you if you're solo, they do a lot of damage and they have a coinflip instakill. Edit: ah it's a overall enemy score, well...
