19:45 - Different characters have 'somewhat' different stories. There are multiple endings, with there being many 'basic' endings that all of the characters can get... but all 4 of the mentioned characters also have their 'own' ending where they have to reach their own specific requirements in order to get theirs. The one you are playing, Outlander, has perhaps the hardest of the character-specific endings in the game in comparison to the other 3. Thankfully none of them are accessible unless playing Hardmode
