I don't want to be disliked, but people are different and sometimes it equates to just not being on the same wavelength. The key is just to know yourself and whether you do things with genuine intentions or not. Simple thing as saying no can make you disliked, even when for tangible reasons. Does it reflect your character? Of course not

I've always liked Tulisa and find she's genuine. Im saddened tho that her natural beauty has been ruined by Botox/filler. I think women don't realise how much they change themselves and get stuck in the habit of getting fillers. If she would get those lips dissolved she would look sooo much better. She's such a natural beauty. I hope she can see that.

Amazing the transformation and personal journey that Tulisa has been on! Its sensational to have witnessed. I really do love that she had chance to share about being a judge on the X factor. I love this interview, really resonate with what’s being discussed. Tulisa is really self aware ❤ I think it’s really important the conversation at 42:00 - you can definitely get stuck in a healing journey and it ends up in ruminative energy feeling like you have to fix yourself. But we never know how much of life we have left, so I do think Tulisa’s approach of letting it go is valuable once you’ve looked inside.

A fascinating insight into two different women. It's almost as if Tulisa is still in survival mode and has disconnected from the emotions involved in and these never-ending court cases. Some of Fearne's questions I felt were quite harsh and she implied at Tulisa thrived on the attention. Also Fearne's use of language is what I would expect a teenager to speak. Referring to Tulisa's mother being 'carted off' to hospital was staggeringly insensitive. Watching Tulisa's body language when Fearne was asking frankly inappropriate questions and seeing no response whatsoever, absolutely no recognition in her body language to Fearne's unkindness is to me a disassociation. I got halfway through this interview and couldn't bear to watch anymore.

Not reacting or responding is often a deliberate tactic too. I used it with an emotionally abusive relative. Not giving them a reaction was incredibly satisfying. I realised they just liked goading me for their own entertainment & that I was the better, kinder person: & that they were a v sad human being.

I think when it comes to manifestation, I wouldn't per say let it go once achieved the goal, but also manifest your nurturing of it as well and how to navigate it. Of course once moved on from that part of life, transition out of it. Part of the process is living in it and being present, because we all have lessons to learn regardless in this life cycle. We just want and desire the least stressful route I guess, which in a treacherous, demanding, yet also joyful industry like in Music/Media can be rough. This applies to many sectors in the working world.
