Great for the tourists but....the San Gennaro Feast of yore disappeared 30-40 years ago, like New Orleans Jazz. It's a remnant of history that is nearing extinction, unfortunately. Little Italy is being subsumed by ChinaTown.

Food in nyc has gotten very expensive. McDonald’s is $17 for lunch, shake shack is $25.

It is lesss expensive if you got to their store. Its the same items but priced high for tourist. Who knows how long that stuff has been sitting out.
