Hmmm. I've never heard of the requirement to sit in adoration Thursday nights, in honor of the Eucharist!

A lot of our churches have to close down their adoration chapels because of theft, squatting, or vandalization. Some churches have to hire security for their adoration chapels.

That is punishment for sin. Catholics have been unfaithful for so long.

Father Daniel is awesome. Don’t understand how we can eat the Eucharist but not touch it. I’ve never seen one particle drop to the floor Also I’d rather wear clean shorts and a nice shirt and have a clean heart than be phony in a suit

There have been study with unconsecrated hosts that if no plate underneath the communicant's mouth.... A lot of particles unseen by the eyes are dropped. So much more sacrilege is done when it is handed to the hand. The tongue may touch because it is the throne which God requests... Even at Fatima it was reiterated... The hand is a sacrilege because it becomes normal bread that the laity can touch. Only the consecrated may touch the sacred... The hands of the priest is consecrated whether or not the priest is sinful or not is another matter.

Sacrilege for somebody in a state of grace Can’t touch it but can eat the Eucharist Aren’t there plenty of scenarios of potential sacrilege? Getting stuck in the teeth Coughing and expelling a particle. Could you provide link for those studies ?

I think bored, lazy priests who just do the Mass by rote have caused many Catholics to fall away. If we'd had priests like the ones on youtube, I don't think it would have happened.
