While eating scrambled eggs, I watched this show. All I wanted was just a taste of that chowder. It looked so good. I love these videos with chef. He's a lot of fun and clearly very talented. Wonderful, wonderful video!

That’s just amazing. I’ve never seen a catch and cook gourmet dinner in bush before. The expertise of the chef cooking and plating the meal was over the top. I’ve ate in some fine restaurants that didn’t put food on the table that looked that good!

I was honestly making a fish chowder in my cabin in the bush of Alaska when I turned this on! Chef, I am not lactose intolerant, but I'm often out of fresh milk, so I use non-dairy powder coffee creamer to cream things up and it worked great in the chowda!! Keep the vids coming guys ❤

This is the wholesome content the world needs. Now I gotta say I wouldn’t mind a bowl of foraged oysters and crab chowder in a survival situation or bought at the ingredients store… either ways good for me. 😂 Those boys are adorable. Nice to see some boys spend time with a good guy role model.

Greg, you should have made one of your pies or crumbles for dessert. Chef Burpee, you are amazing! Hope you fellows collaborate again. Maybe you can bring maple sugar/syrup so Greg can swap out brown sugar, when he smokes bacon. Nice to see a cameo of Barb. ... You fellows certainly had a great time. I enjoyed this three video series. Blessings from Ontario. 🍁

In BC you need a cylindrical or bullet shaped float made of durable material suitable for marine water. Using a windsheild wiper fluid jug is ridiculous. Either it leaked and sunk or the trap moved deeper with the current and waves, and the float was not sufficient to float the trap.

Ive thoroughly enjoyed all the videos on both channels. Felt very "at home" and comforting to watch. I was cooking while watching all of them (different release days etc). Born in southern Ontario, growing up in Coquitlam, near Surrey(😉 *nudge* Greg- I went to Kwantlen College off Glover in South Langley where Id head to that good ole Ferry to get me to Maple Ridge for a safer bus home late at night-- long story short, Greg, again, enjoyed your fireside story aswell the other day...repeating my feeling of nostalgia...felt like home hearing you talk about one of your experiences livong out that way )/Vancouver B.C., all these personalities and collaboration in general felt like going home. Thank you Greg and HNN. 😊 Conundrum of a comment but MEH! ❤ ~April
