I'm making your oatmeal cookies right this second. I didn't have corn flakes so I'm trying them with Rice Krispies. The batter tastes amazing! I was tempted to not bake it and just eat it straight out of the bowl, but I figured I'll do it right and share with my crew, I guess, haha.

Rosa L If you aren't celiac then non-certified GF is fine. If you are celiac, try just using a GF flour. It won't be exactly the same texture because you don't have the whole oats, but the crust will still work.
