Suggestions: 1. We cooked leche flan without separating the egg egg white and egg yolk, we just mixed it consistently same direction. 2. We usually do the caramelizing process in a small pan buy simply put the white sugar and wait to boil then put a little bit water, to get the perfect texture just wait for the bubbles come out and wait to shrink then that's the time you will put the syrup in the Llaneras/Molde.
