Hi, I have received NMC pin recently and i am staying in northern ireland on dependent visa,currently my band 3 nursing assistantant job processing (hsc) is going on? Is this a good idea to enter band 3 job and converted to band 5 later or else should i search for nursing home jobs.i have 4 years of experience gap now.can you suggest me a good option.I do not want any sponsorship now.

മറ്റൊരു പ്രശനം എന്താണു എന്ന് വെച്ചാൽ പുതിയ നിയമം അനുസരിച്ച് പണ്ടത്തെ പോലെ യുകെ യിൽ ഉള്ള നഴ്സ് മാർക്ക് ഓസ്ട്രേലിയ , ന്യൂ സീലൻഡ് പോലെ ഉള്ള രാജ്യങ്ങളിലേക്ക് പോകാൻ കഴിയില്ല , യുകെ യിൽ നഴ്സിങ് പഠിച്ചവർക്കു മാത്രമേ ഇനി പറ്റൂ , അതുകൊണ്ട് മറ്റു രാജ്യങ്ങളിലേക്ക് പോകുമ്പോൾ ഉണ്ടാകുന്ന ഒഴുവുകളും ഇനി ഉണ്ടാകില്ല .
