Hey yall! To make these I started by seasoning my meat, I then left that in the fridge for about 7 hours to marinate. Once I took my steak out of the fridge I cooked each piece until there was no pink left (about 5 minutes on each side) before shredding it into smaller pieces. When all the steak was cooked and shredded I buttered one side of my tortilla and placed that side directly into my pan. I layered my quesadilla with cheese, then steak, and more cheese on top. Once the quesadillas were cooked I topped them with sour cream, ranch, and pico de gallo.
Ingredients:
1 lb round steak
Onion Powder
Garlic Powder
Adobo
Salt
Cilantro
Chiles in Adobo
Juice of 1 lime
Juice of 1/2 an orange
Tortillas
Cheese
Sour Cream
Ranch
Pico De Gallo
