It seems like all Chinese cooking, sauces our spices start off the same. Ginger, garlic, soy, hot oil, sesame oil, hoisin and or fish sauce. But it's the ingredients that add to the flavor. Each dish becomes something new if you change just 1 ingredient. Add onion or not, add celery or not, chicken or pork or beef. They all change the basic sauce or spices in their own way. I love this because it is so versatile. Great video Chef.

First I’d like to know what you used to marinate your beef so it is soft? My meat is tough when I made this using this recipe. Was delicious but meat tough.

you can Marinate with little egg white n add some cornstarch no too much. or just stir fry the meat w high heat 70% cooked n set a side.
