I read the Miss Peregrine's Peculiar Children trilogy in the first two weeks of february and after that I had to study for my exams, so these were the only three books I read. But that's okay because I liked them really much. The idea of incorporating peculiar vintage photographs into the story really inspired me! I always liked looking at the vintage photographs, I love the old photo albums my grandma has and I always wanted to buy photos at flea markets but I couldn't think of anything I could do with them without destroying them. Now I have an idea! Finding interesting photos and using them as inspiration for writing short stories gonna be so much fun!! The Passenger, The Bookshop Book and the Soviet Space Dogs are waiting to be read next. I'm excited!

I really hated the school for good and evil, mainly because of its ideas of what a friendship should be and how it implies your appearance represents the soul and I personally didn't think it is suitable for young kids. However, I can understand why a lot of people did love it because it is quite action packed. I'm super interested in Curse of the Sphinx, sounds so interesting :)

I really enjoyed most of the books i read this month, maybe apart from 2 of 3, but otherwise, it's been a really good reading month for me, since in January i only read 4 books, which i didn't even enjoy that much. Reagan, can you please do a video on how you decide what to rate a book? I'm super curious to find out how you decide between giving a book 4 or 4.5 stars as opposed to 5 etc. I always have a hard time rating my books on goodreads because I either LOVE what I read and want to rate everything 5 stars or just thought it was ok and think it was a 3 stars but then feel guilty for being so harsh if only one aspect of the book made me not enjoy it as much lol I'm just wondering what other people's process is when it comes to ratings.
