I got some tickets in Arkansas and didn’t go to court so they suspended my Liscence...I got caught driving in Ar they took me to jail I had tickets in the city and county I plead the fifth and the judge gave me three months..I went to get my DL reinstated in TN they told me AR had a hold on my license they gave me a number too call...It was the county tickets that was holding my license...They told me they never put a warrant out for missing court they only gave me a fine of 625$ for no proof of insurance...When I went to jail and went to court the same judge that does the city of West Memphis also does the county..They did the city court first called me up I plead the 5th and was sentenced I sat back down after city court was done they started the county court which they called me up and I only had one ticket in the county I plead the 5th and got sentenced I ended up doing 3 months in jail...So why do these ppl still gotta hold on my license? These ppl are telling me the county that is Marion AR they are telling me they never put a warrant out for my arrest for missing court they are telling me they only gave me a fine which is unheard of and I gotta pay them 625$ to get my license back..When I went to court the judge sentenced me for my ticket in the county already and I did the time already for that charge I can’t work without my license I don’t have money for a Laywer this is unfair it’s wrong what can I do about this?If anybody have a resolution to this please help...
