Federal Thunderbolt 1003, Short Hi-Lo & 3 Minute of Hi-Lo - Silverstreet, SC 7/13/13 (FULL HD)

**NEW UPDATE 07/30/2024: The Silverstreet 1003 had went through refurbishment process, it was just finished. But unfortunately, this siren still hasn't been reinstalled and there is currently no estimated date for this siren to be reinstalled. It was originally anticipated to be reinstalled back spring 2024.
Previous update from 2023: This siren was removed and was taken to the repair shop for repairs to the siren. The chopper motor is dead. County plans to reinstall this siren by spring 2024. I repeat, this siren will be reinstalled next year.

Recorded on July 13, 2013. This is a "weekly full test" of the Newberry County Warning Siren System. This siren was tested every Saturday at 12:00PM (siren is now tested at the last Saturday of every month at noon). If you are wondering why I missed the windup on 0:55, it's because I didn't expect this siren to do another test. I only missed 10 seconds of hi-lo (fire) signal. I decided to re-record this test because I wanted to make a full HD video of this siren. This siren was installed in 1963 and is still in service more than 50 years today. When this siren starts to wind down on 0:30. The blower, rotator, and solenoid boxes cuts off too soon and then it starts back up again because the Agastat delay relay in the RCM1 has started to go bad, making it stick at first which shuts off the blower and rotator and solenoid boxes, then suddenly it drops back in for the delay and they come back on for the 8 seconds it's supposed to delay.
