Mam.....Ques 3rd ka jo 1st point hai usme jo power ko leke dispute ki bat ki gyi hai vo judiciary solve krega ki parliament? And mam ye jo residuary power hai agar usme union legislature ko hi law banana hai to , use ham union list me bhi to add kar skte hai naa?

Mam Q.3 mai only 2nd statement right hai, 1st wrong hai kyoki 'dispute is resolved by judiciary' not "parliament."
