Hey man everyone comes to that time in the career nobody can say any different. But in his prime it was a scary situtuation. He destroyed the best they put in front of him and made it look easy. Back then it would be like pulling Rumble Johnsons name out of the hat and believe me nobody wants that. And before you go running your mouth why dont you go see what the best fighters on the face of the earth have to say about the man. I'm sure they have a little more knowledge of the craft than you. Not bein a dick im just saying. Go check it out you might be suprised what they say.

And on another note there is no chance in hell Bones would even take a fight with a prime Fedor. No chance and he would tell you himself.

+its really real People say it was bullshit fight etc. but now watced it for like 5 times I can see that Fedor was really good and cautious. And the guy was hit pretty hard, it looks like it wasnt but look at his head not the fist that hits it. Head was going back. Well you know what that means if you ever fought...
@dantejohnson81879 жыл бұрын
+its really real why cause he hasd his eyes down? If you look at all of fedors fights he keeps his eyes downs. Thats mumbo jumbo that you psychologically beat people before a fight. These are pro fighters not some garbage fighters.

Yeah man, you are right about that. They also didn't have any weight class for a regular fight, you probably already knew that anyway, love to see Conor vs Brock in Japan, that dude talked so much shit, I wish Pride was still alive.
@Leiria658 жыл бұрын
fred salt I think they do have weight classes. They did a open weight tournament though (like PRIDE). Do you know where I can watch Rizin? No channel has it in my country and I can't find any torrents

2015 : Comeback with Rizin Fighting Federation[edit] Fedor revived to fight at RIZIN(on Dec 31st 2015, at Saitama Super Arena) On July 14, 2015, after a three year hiatus from mixed martial arts, Emelianenko announced that he will be returning to active competition and has started training immediately. He was in negotiations with the Ultimate Fighting Championship and Bellator MMA. In a statement released through his management, Emelianenko added that he has retired from his position at the Russian Ministry of Sport, and will put all attention toward his comeback.[28] On September 19, 2015, at the Bellator 142 Dynamite 1 event, Fedor declared in English that he will fight on New Year's Eve for a newly created regional promotion in Japan, Rizin Fighting Federation, under the presidency of former Pride Fighting Championships boss Nobuyuki Sakakibara. Jaideep Singh and Tsuyoshi Kohsaka were initially in talks for being Fedor's opponent, but both fighters were ruled out for lack of competitiveness.[120][121] Subsequently, Singh was confirmed as the opponent.[122] Emelianenko defeated Singh on 31 December 2015 at Rizin Fighting Federation 2 via TKO in the first round.

Fedor is Pound for pound one of the best fighters in the world. Period. All this he couldn't do it in the UFC bullshit is asinine. nobody can doubt his greatness, but not joining the UFC when he could didn't help his legacy, the UFC has the best fighters in the world people in other organizations don't even come close to the caliber of guys they have ...most of there "stars" are people the UFC cut for losing to much ,so you got to ask yourself is it really a big deal that he is beating these bums in these sub par organizations? I think not ....
@BAGofTALENT8 жыл бұрын
I personally think his management didn't want him to fight the best just wanted to beat some regular guys up to make him look like he's still the best

I don't think you're considering the integrity of other orgs and overblowing the UFC a bit. When Fedor was in PRIDE, the best Heavyweights were in fact, in PRIDE. It remained this way until PRIDE folded. When Fedor went to Afflication, the top 3 ranked Heavyweights in the world were also in Affliction. Couture even wanted in but Dana was having none of it. One could argue by the time Fedor was in Strikeforce, the UFC had better heavyweights. But it turns out that wasn't necessarily true. For we saw later on, Werdum ended up defeated Velasquez. Overeem ended up defeating Brock and JDS. Dan Cormier was devastating and undefeated as a heavyweight. In general, Strikeforce's roster seemed to have made a huge impact on the UFC when the move occured - especially in the HW division. And now Fedor is in Bellator. Your argument may sound somewhat reasonable at this point. But in a sense, it's good he's in Bellator, because it means he'll be free to fight in RIZIN, and any other org that has agreed to this new "union." I think that in general, RIZIN and multiple org affiliation is a forward step for MMA as a sport for the sake of diversity and freedom. Any fighter from Bellator, KSW, BAMMA and K-1, Pancrase, and many others - possibly M1 also, are allowed to have a crack at RIZIN's annual GP. Which is great. There will be a shift in the sport if these orgs work together and are successful. Anyway. Carwin is now in RIZIN. Crocop vs Wanderlei 2 soon and so far RIZIN has been entertaining. They could get as big as PRIDE was if the right cards are played. And I welcome it. Unlike the UFC, which is monopolising everything they touch with a clamp for hardline exclusivity with their unsponsored fighters.

What makes Fedor to one of the greatest fighters? He has skills, power but he ist also not dumb or unnecessary aggressive. + remember: he is 40 years old already. This is actually not very young for this type of sports.
