Unless they've changed it since 1.16.5, if you look at the Immersive Engineering tank while holding a bucket it will show you what and how much is in the tank.

use the mechanism facades for the cables and pipes you will just have to change the fluid pipes to mechanism one but will have a far nicer finish.

For your XP shower storage, could you use an upgraded Functional Storage fluid drawer? I don't know if they're compatible or how much they can store relatively, but it seems like a good way to save space on liquid XP storage. I've never used that mod, so I don't know the details. You probably still need a tank for the tap at the end, but piping it from a drawer should be simple - 2 storage blocks total would be better than more mekanism crafting since you're avoiding it. Just a thought.

Maybe the universal pipe can help with some clutter, i don't know if they have channels like enderIO pipes though. Do keep in mind that pipes from the pipez mod can cause some lag, so maybe laser io or something is best in the end.

Sjin you have finaly convinced me to start my own ATM9 playthrough (not bothering with 10 since it's a WIP), even though I usually tend to Dislike ATM, because of their stupid tendency to insert their 3 braindead ores into other mods, and their use of the Botania mod (Botania is well made, but it is 1 of the most boring and tedious mods ever created). So I tend to modify the modpack quite a lot before playing, but at least the ATM team keep the modpack fairly structured, so it's normally easy to find where they have made changes, and then revert them to the Original mod, or remove the need for botania in any other mods other than itself. Now to spend the next couple of weeks, doing nothing productive, and just play MC.
