So if I may I have a suggestion. Since your colony is fully walled in on top of a plateau why not use that hole by the ponds you want to put the fisher and create a curved / spiral stair going down to ground level and use that as the entry way up into your colony.

Greetings from Norway! You should have the castle in the center of the colony. It's based on japanese castles, and since the Shogun was the military leader of Japan, it would fit perfectly. Love watching the series, and I'm looking forward for the next episodes.

I got an idea. How about you set up different clans who handle different matters of the colony/nation? You could make it similar to the samurai clans of edo japan or the houses of game of thrones. A unique family name, a family symbol, a family totem, and a family motto. A warrior clan of sword and bow wielding samurai. A forestry/hunting clan that handles all manners of forestry and wild life hunting. A fishing and farming clan that handles all manners of farming and fishing. A cooking and brewing clan that produces all manners of fine meals and alcohol. A clan of couriers and messengers who handle most transportation and mail deliveries. A clan of scholars and clerks who handle paperwork, research, and education. A clan of artisans and artists who produce great works of art and tools. A clan of animal tamers that handles all manners of animal husbandry, like ranching cattle, dog training, and horse training just as some examples. A clan of priests and monks that handles all manner of the spiritual. A clan of spell casters that handles all manners mystical. A clan of architects and engineers born of the founder's (Sjin) bloodline who handles all manners of construction. And that's all I got so far.

I love the Japanese speaking dog! I don't understand what he's saying, but I love the idea of him. Also, I'd be remiss if I didn't mention my sadness at seeing a lot of the lovely Cherry Grove terrain being erased. The flower matts and the trees seem integral to the flavor of the build.

To fix the bee nest in the acacia tree, first I'd preserve one or two, but then I'd go here: \minecraft\config\productivebees-server.toml. Search for the word acacia and set the line from 0.05 to 0. This will stop the nests from appearing in the acacia trees and messing up your lumberjacks.

Great episode. I think that little hidden grove lagoon will be totally wasted on a fishing hut, it wants to be the local hot springs bath, as very significant part of medieval Japanese lifestyle. Add a shrine or place of interest down there and maybe put soul sand substrate in the water (and maybe some frog lights/glowshrooms) for some lovely bubbles and steam.

By the way, you can right click on mega torch and dred lamp to see it's radius. Despite their radius always being the same 3x3 chunks, it is still useful to have visual clue of protected area.

for the mystical agriculture farm i suggest you the Harvest Pylon with a diamond (or netherite ?) chest on top with upgrade, my farm auto harvest one different seed per square with 65k max item in a single slot of the chest with 2 netherite stack upgrade all those different seed get ultra speed grow using applied energistic grow accelerator in a grid pattern so i never miss a single ressource for my colony
