I haven't ever seen fish go more crazy for anything than white worms.

Hi David, is there a reason why you only feed every other day? I got a white worm culture started 2 weeks ago and have discovered that my angelfish, corydoras and discus go mad for them, in fact the discus in my bedroom wont stop staring at me since I fed them white worms. Thanks for your informative videos.

I just swap the white worms with frozen blood worms to keep a variety. That is all.

@David Ramsey do you happen to sell any of your fish?
@GrowAndEatThis3 жыл бұрын
I do, but until things get safer I do not ship. Normally I take lots of fish to club workshops and conventions but those are all on hold now too. So I have a lot of the fish that are breeding.
@popparock65063 жыл бұрын
@@GrowAndEatThis I understand that, I hope things return to normal as well.. I was booked to go to catcon this year for the 1st time. Do you have an FB page or list anywhere online so i can know if, when and where in the future? Thanks and stay safe!
@GrowAndEatThis3 жыл бұрын
@@popparock6506 Catcon is the greatest weekend for me. I missed last time due to some family issues but I had made 3 or 4 of the previous ones. So many friends up in that area. And I can still manage to drive it. I find flying into conventions is just not as much fun. Can only take suitcase fish and come back with suit case fish. I like to do a carload of fish both ways. Most years what I take pays for what I bring back, and gives me the tank space. I have on my todo list to get up a list of what I have available with pics so everyone knows what the offer is.
@popparock65063 жыл бұрын
@@GrowAndEatThis yeah, it would be a challenge to just have what can fit in a suitcase! can't wait for the next one, I look forward to that list update in a future video. take care!

Very nice!! How about a fish room tour? I'd love to see a behind the scenes care/equipment vid
@djrramsey8 жыл бұрын
I am going to try a fish room tour. The glare of tanks bouncing back and forth makes the vids terrible. To do the ones I do, I hang black sheets in front of the tank and put the camera in between. Then add the extra lights and it takes a while to set up. I will have to do it in stages so I can move the black sheets around to knock down the glare and move the lighting around.

How interesting! Can these whiteworms be fed to marine fish as well?
@SKRGamingChannel6 жыл бұрын
can we give the worms to bettas, especially Giant Bettas?
@alicenakajima60146 жыл бұрын
Are these worms the same as the white pot worms and can you feed them to regular old gold fish instead of those gold fish food flakes ?
@GrowAndEatThis6 жыл бұрын
I have never tried these with gold fish. I feed these to all kinds of tropical fish and native fish. If white pot worms have to be kept cold them maybe they are the same.

look on aquabid dot com. Probably need to wait for warmer weather before shipping. Or find the nearest killifish club and contact them.
