Love the meals today Amber, I make something similar to the Chicken Burrito skillet, I made mine in the oven and it has no beans in it, but I will try that recipe because its looks so tasty. I have a jar of artichoke hearts in my pantry and had no clue what to do with them, now I do, thanks to you lol. I no longer use chopped tomatoes, I was finding that there were more core bits in it, so I use whole plum and chop them myself in the dish, its a better flavour, they use better quality ones in the cans with whole tomatoes. Loved the skillet lasagne, it will take all the Faff out of layering up in a dish. Thank you for sharing xxx

Love all of these. I’ve been wanting to try a chicken burrito skillet because my sister makes one and it always sounds so good. I do a one pot lasagna deal on the stove, and I usually mix some cottage cheese & shredded cheese together to dollop on top. Of course, I love cottage cheese, so I like a little extra. And the Good Culture is so good.
