I am from Maine and I’ve never heard of this although I can see how some parts of New England would make this. And of course the original version of shepherds, pie or cottage pie. I’m not sure which from England used Liam. If you ever get a chance to have a leg of goat or a goat roast. It is amazing. I had that when I visited a friend in New York, who raised goats, and he made a leg of goat roast, and there was no gaminess to it at all. Absolutely delicious.

If you heat up the honey just a little, it will pour out quickly and easily. These all looked great but the lamb and potatoes looked so comforting. also Loving your commentary so much more and am impressed you've been actually using BIGGER bowls! 😂😂😂

Great video and presentation! These recipes look awesome. You made a great point for many aspiring cooks that they should always keep in mind. When you omit or sub ingredients in a recipe you many times will compromise the excellence of a dish. Now it may work fine and not be ruined but it may not reach the heights you could attain. Not that there is anything wrong with it. At times there is a multitude of reasons to do so. But, for example I do not care for Celery. However it can completely round out the depth of flavor on many dishes, so ive learned to adjust this by chopping it smaller, etc. Love your work. Thank you so much. God bless all here.

Yes! Sometimes the substitution works really well and other times it doesn't. Lots of playing around with ingredients here and trying to find things we love.

These recipes look so good. I'm so trying the Honey lime enchiladas. I'd like to pass on that Gebheardts chili powder is the best. Try it, I think you will agree. They have been around since the late 1800s. Wonderful flavor. ❤ Yes on the casserole 🥘 dishes.

I slowly started using onion in my recipes. I'm 43yo and only for the past maybe two years. I think it started with using green onion since it's very mild. Only reason I even tried was when I was using hello fresh. I still don't really buy them because I only use a little bit so I buy the frozen ones and selectively use them

Looking for the link to the potato crusted quiche! I must be gluten free, and while gluten free pie crusts exist, they’re pricy and IMHO, not that good … so a potato crust sounds PERFECT to me! Thank you for your videos and recipes-I found your channel about six months ago, and have used several of your recipes with good results!

Why don’t you measure out the Tbls or tsp with water, into a glass measuring cup, see what the actual cup measurement’s are and note that on your recipes. It would really make your life AND channel viewers life a lot easier 💕🙏🙏
@kaylakitty38147 ай бұрын
Google will also make the conversions for you by searching phrases like “how many cups is 15 tablespoons”.
@lorilongwell54517 ай бұрын

If you ever noticed, almost all the KZbin cooks don’t use the correct measuring cup for liquid measuring. It really makes a difference when baking, because you really need those measurements correct.
@FeedingtheByrds7 ай бұрын
That's why I always leave links to the recipes in the description box. That way if you are making it for 2 people or 200, there will be conversions! I love that we can all enjoy these recipes regardless of our family sizes.
