*accidentally hits the unnecessarily exposed mag release button while it's holstered and drops the mag on the floor.* Seriously, I love glocks, used to run two kwa g19s back in the day... But m9s are a better design.

The "small notch" on the trigger that you mention at 1:51 is called a trigger safety, it's a feature that's fairly common on striker-fired handguns, especially ones without manual safety. The idea is that it's supposed to make it harder to have an accidental discharge since catching the side of the trigger without engaging the trigger safety would prevent it from firing.

Convinced me to get one, honestly. the Gen 5's left-handed slide release makes my life so much easier. I can reload as fast as righties now! (In the future, might wanna say it's ambidextrous?). For my wish, would be the UMP 45. Still love it's boxyness, would like to know your opinion on it. Good content. Looking forward to the next one

I must say, having a WE Glock 17 Gen. 4 myself, this review applies pretty well to that as well. One of the best airsoft guns I've ever had, now having about 4-5 years on it, it still works flawlessly. I bought one for my brother as well, though at some point, he snapped the spring out of the mag release, so it couldn't hold magazines in place. But I fixed that, and now it's almost as good as new.

This is a basically memorial for my WE Glock 19V that broke apart mid assembly. We are still saving to get repairs if not a new glock. Repairs might be like in 5 days of saving, but a new glock, it's basically a Christmas gift for me since I will have to save lots and lots. Glock 19V's in my place are $200 CAD at the least and can go into the thousands possibly.

I got a WE Kimber 1911 that cost me almost the same. It's just a bit slimmer but i think it's almolst the same in terms of mechanism. I can safely say that it's more estethically pleasing than it is to maintain. I had to clean and lube it after the first mags cause it kept jamming on the nozzle.

I just recently got a Glock 17 Gen 4. Your review is pretty accurate to my experience so far. Only differences is my slide doesn't go forward even if I slam in the mag, and sometimes my mag will just barely be out of battery when I do release it. Other than that, I love it.

Aleks. I've also have a glock from WE but its the longer version model 34. Its my first airsoft pistol. Its a great gun to shoot, very accurate and its been my gun for my yt channel. The only problem I only had was a mag gas leak but was changed right away and it was even more powerful than before.

the slide notch looks worn out thats why it's easy to disengage the slide catch by slamming it. Me personally I don't use the slide catch due to this

I think the only problem I’ve had with my WE Glock 17 of 3 years is that eventually the groove where the slide-release catches the slide will wear down and the slide-release will start to have a lot of trouble locking/keeping the slide locked back
