Yes! If you look at the parts I did for the VenomousMEPs "Jameia" mep (it's in one of my mep collections or you can just look up the full mep) I have a similar shaky effect, which I used Active Camera for! This looks just a little different though, so I'd still ask her if I were you. ^^
