I live in the UK and I first saw the zooz bike DUCATINYC was riding it it looked nothing like it dose now but even then I thought when this bike comes out I'm buying one so now we have them in the uk I am going to buy it so thank you for that, my friends 💙👍🏾I love it forget the super73s the Sur-Ron's it's a Zooz for me 🤣

MAN, I'm watching all the videos now and I def want one to commute, have fun with, and use to create more videos with. The amount of PEVs here where I am now is growing and is making me want to be able to commute into the city more. I already have a OW, but I want this to be my mode of transportation to get to a certain spot - safer, faster, and more range to get to places. I'm excited to see what you guys have in stored! If you have a demo in the Boston area, let me know, haha. I would definitely love to test it out!

Looks like a really cool bike! I have an electric mountain bike atm with a mid-drive motor, does about 1000w peak with a 42V battery. But I'd really like something a bit lighter than a heavy MTB, and been thinking a while about an electric BMX style. Seems like this would give me similar power to my MTB, but should feel faster with it being lighter. I love the long seat too - a big comfortable seat is really important for me on a bike. I'm looking at the 1100 model from Ride and Glide in the UK. I'd like to know - are there are gears on the bike? I know BMXs don't usually have gears, but I don't see how you can get a good speed range from low to the higher speed of around ~30mph on just one gear? As I understand it the hub motors are internally geared so the motor itself wouldn't have any problem driving the back wheel to achieve 30mph but if the motor is providing an assist proportional to the pedalling speed, and you only have one gear, surely you'd have to be pedalling really fast to get 30mph if you want to also have a relaxed low speed pedalling rate. Also, is there a throttle switch as standard or can one easily be fitted later? The 1100 model is already over the UK road legal limit of 250w anyway so would of course be sold for off road use only anyway so I'm sure there would be no problem with having a throttle switch?

Nice bike....looks a bit heavy and frame doesn't look that sturdy.....how durable is this bike?? Can you go hard on this bike in terms of jumps or is it simply for commuting??

Social Freak // Glad you have the skills to make your own, but most people don’t. Also, what components are you running? Hydraulic brakes? Custom geometry 4130 chromoly frame? Maxxis tires are $43+ without tubes on the regular market. This bike is greater than the sum of its parts and the parts are all premium. So while I’m happy that there are tinkerers out there building their own stuff, there’s absolutely no way you could achieve this for $650. Not even $1650 for a one off that matches. I hope you get to ride one someday so you can see why. The devil is in the details. Compare that to other ebikes on the market, and this is very competitively priced.

@@zoozbikes mine is a 1500w 52v DD hub motor on an old Iron Horse BMX frame using mechanical disc brakes and tubeless tires on a 20" rim, the battery was built by my cousin its capacity is 52V 17.5AH while i do wish to try a zooz ebike someday i feel it is quite the price for something that could be done at home for nearly 1/3 of the cheapest zooz bike price

Social Freak // again, the result would not be the same. This bike and all it’s geometry is built from the ground up and spec’d to fit and work together. Also, not everyone has a cousin who builds batteries.
