I'm glad to hear the video helped. Thank you for leaving a comment. What part of your shoulder is bothering you? Are you sure it's your shoulder blade and not your trapezius or delts that are causing you pain?

Feeling very relaxed after the massage, really appreciate that you use real-time so that I can understand better rather than "Do this for this amount of time" "keep breathing" crack me up for some reason haha, I must've forgotten to do that up till you mentioned It

I started walking and jogging 3 weeks ago and was feeling strange pain like my legs are stretched and it really helped me. Before this video I was just randomly massaging my leg but don't work I also do standard plank and able to hold 1min 45sec. But it causes pain in my soldiers and I just can't do any exercise for 5 minutes . I do 15 pushups 2 sets. I also use hand gripper and it really made my hand muscles slowly but surely
