This was a hard one to film. I was quite anxious and nervous to share how I was really doing so far. I had a bit of trouble trying to explain where I'm at in my life. Keep fighting though, you deserve it :)

I feel you 100%. I haven't felt joy in a few years. I wake up and don't even get out of bed. I just lay here all day. Every aspect of my life is suffering because of depression...even my hygiene. Just remember you're not alone and we *will* get joy in our lives again. Stay safe. Love you ❤

I live in Tennessee and we're back to having no hospital beds available and have had a 2000% increase in cases in the last 6 weeks. It's beyond frustrating to see people not taking it seriously. I was just at the grocery store and only saw 2 people wearing a mask including the employees even though it says mask required on their door. Wtf.
