Hi Renee I love your tapping sessions, many of which resonates with me. Could you please do a tapping for feeling trapped, helpless and powerless. Eventhough I am no longer in that position now. But I had spent 33 years with my parents and they never allowed me to do anything I wanted to do it was very controlled environment, maybe overprotective parents, I was very ambitious but no matter how much I would cry, beg to get the freedom to go out and make my career , I was never allowed to step outside my house. I felt completely helpless, I felt like was just living like an entertainment for my family. I had no interest in life I wanted to die, wanted to run away, it was really suffocating. Not blaming anyone but that's how I used to feel. It's been 8 years now I got married and came to a different country but when I sleep I still have dreams with my parents having the same trapped feelings. As if I am asking for help, but my voice not coming out, not able to breathe and that feeling makes me feel sad in the morning. Can you do a tapping for this please.
