I'm so glad you are feeling better mentally. When I was getting chemo I had a breakdown and the sweetest nurse told me a story about a well-liked Dr. that worked at the cancer center. She said he went beyond and above he was young and newly married. He left work and someone ran the red light hit and killed him. This instantly snapped me out of my worries and helped me realize how lucky we are to be here. Live the life you love.💙

Hi Sam! It's lovely to hear you speaking with such positivity and hope...everyday is a new day. I'm so happy for you to be feeling well. You have all the tricks figured out it seems ie eat, rest, use energy wisely,... It's a matter of remembering not to overdo it! Remember also to try to rest in the Lord. You are strong and we learn everyday! Actually, every single day we need to readjust our focus and daily goals. You can do this and you know, the more you can actually achieve a certain balance the more you will feel like you are on the right path. Sending you live & light friend! 💗✨

Totally behind you darlin you are ace. I have had MH problems my whole life and I know the struggle and I can't imagine how it must be with cancer. But it is up to us to change things you are right. Yes are bodies may be limited by physical and mental health but we have one life and we have to try within the limitations to move towards something better. It will be hard and you will still feel low at times, but you have the awareness that is so important to fight it xx

I think it's a really good idea to arrange things to do and please make yourself do them ! It will make you feel better. Sometimes it is enough to know that someone else on the other side of the planet can relate. My struggle with mental health has been real lately. Two steps forward, three steps back. Your video inspired me. The little things are big when I feel like this. I am going to try and face the little things today because of your video. ❤️

My partner recently agreed to source help for his depression which has caused binge drinking as well. He doesn’t understand why I’m so proud of him for talking to a doctor and finely seeking help. Because it’s a brave step to admit you need help and your struggling. It’s so hard to break those patterns that we all fall into when we get depressed and feel like the walls are closing in on us. You are so brave. Love your videos ❤️

I love what you said and I think I even know it from a movie, something like get busy living or get busy dying ✌️I really appreciate you opening up and sharing and you’re right it won’t be easy but I’m with you!!!!💪🌹

Sweetheart,I haven’t had cancer but did suffer severe depression when Premature Menopause hit me at age 39 Couldn’t sleep or eat just kept shaking Sort advice and was given an Antidepressant and AntiAnxiety Meds They really helped So glad you shared What a real and beautiful Lady you are Have the utmost respect for you and love you as a dear friend Sincerely,you are someone I could be friends with and do hope we meet one day P.S I see another cute leg pushing you on the Sofa Warm Hugs xx

In general, people who are believers in a higher power are not as scared to pass on, though of course sad for family reasons. I believe we will all be grouped with those in our past family and even past pets when we pass on if we have lived a life worthy of redemption. Anyway, your insights applied to me as well. Thank you for taking the time to make these videos. I hope you have better appetite and are able to eat nutritious foods, which should help your overall health and increase your level of energy. Dried fruits such as apricots, raisins, and even dried banana chips are easy to take along when you go for a walk or visit somewhere. If you were next door I would go for a walk with you!

Your spot on it’s ok not to be ok, your such a brave lady and I’m so glad your getting help as someone who suffers from anxiety and depression I know how awful it is and I carnt imagine what it’s like for you with this horrible disease I wish I could take it away for you. @@thefightingfelter6456 I’m getting there slowly some days are awful and I feel like my chest is crushing me I feel bad thow cause it’s my mum who’s got this yet I’m falling to pieces but it’s just everything gets so on top me then I have like a breakdown it’s so hard sometimes to find positive in life like you I lost my beautiful brother and my poor mum her son through a murder and we still don’t know the truth to this day the true story of the night anyway I’m rambling sorry, it just feels that there is always something and in this family always worse case with us lot 😆 but there is so much love so let’s count our blessings, sending you love Sam and healing.xx

Dear Sam, I'm so glad you decided to talk about how you feel. You asked in a previous comment, and I replied but perhaps you didn't see; anyway, I'm here if you want to have a chat. Just let me know in your reply how you would like to get in touch. I'm sure your opening up will help others (and hopefully yourself as well). You are incredibly tough and inspiring! I understand what you say about living in three-month periods. My situation is different; I also have check-ups every three months but I don't think much about them because I consider myself as healthy at the moment. And I can be physically active, which helps to prevent mental issues. Perhaps you should try and focus more on things you absolutely want to do rather than on when you do them. That ties in a bit with what your friend said. But I totally understand you worrying about your family etc. Can you talk about it with them? Sending you lots of love and a huge hug 💕🥰

Goodness forbid I'm not suffering from cancer and I'm so lucky in that respect to have health. I really do hope you feel much better mentally soon and it's good to talk 🌻. I just despair at the world today at the moment between politics, climate, weather, Russia, COVID, economies, price of everyday living, it's all just beginning to get too much for most people. I think maybe switching off from the news is a start so might try it. Sending you warm wishes.

Dear friend, I'm actually always very impressed with how much you DO do. I also think it's very important to recognize when you avoid activity because you're feeling run down or if it's because you're "head tripping". Continue to say NO when you feel too tired or ill. Maybe figure out a stategy to go out and do something when your body is up to it.

Just a couple of thoughts. Could you maybe think of getting a cleaner for a couple of hours a week? If it frees up your time to do more leisure stuff, then it would be money well spent. Also, covid may well have had an impact on your mental health. Best wishes, Sam. Onwards and upwards, girlie! X

Dear Sam, I just want to say how very brave you are and how inspiring you are to others. It is ok not to be ok. Please be kind to yourself as you are an amazing lady ❤. That little gremlin that's sucking away at your happiness..I call him Bob..hes a twat! He's the main culprit in anxiety and depression. You need to kick Bob the twat right up the backside. I do find that distraction is the best way and I think you have a clear plan going ahead. Please feel empowered by this. I'm so glad you have a loving and supportive network around you hunni. I no what you mean with eating. I have always had issues with food. I find I got days when I just have one meal and handful of nuts in the day. But find when I work in the day at the weekends ( work evenings in week) I eat more. My job makes me hungry. Thing is what’s frustrating me now is iv always stayed 8 stone even after having my 4 children went automatically back to 8 stone. But now from nowhere I’m putting on weight and it’s definitely not from diet. I wonder if it’s something to do with my hormones. Because I remember telling you about my periods being super heavy and after cameras and tests no explanation. So the putting on weight is scaring me which making my eating or lack of worst.
