7:57 - love this idea. People always make fun of my aimless wondering lol I have always felt so guilty for being happy and putting my needs first when others around me are sad.

YAY! I am the first! I came to realize because I am so afraid of more loss in my life that I collected things to make myself feel better. I can at least hang on to the things and know they won't leave me. That is a limiting belief for sure and not true. Thank you for this video! Blessings!

Wow, so glad for you! I always felt the opposite. I was actually a child prodigy. Feeling like I could do anything I set my mind for the important thing. Accidentally, learning how to close myself off even to relationships.

Yes me too! Strange how physical objects can give you a perception of safety and permanence. I have been reflecting on the need to accept the loss of control in many situations in life, using an oracle set specifically on rebirth, transformation. Blessings to you too!

5:55 mediation is as easy as listening to the thoughts go by in your head and having awareness of how those thoughts and feelings take you off center and intentions of what and why.

I’m not a particularly spiritual person, at least not in the way you seem to be, but I’m inclined to agree with some concepts. I do appreciate the definition of “minimalism” you provided, as there are a great many things I think people ought to learn about the age of the internet. I can appreciate the argument about “getting in touch with nature,” but how would people in Tokyo, New York, or any concrete jungle find their piece of nature? Many cities have small patches of grass, but it hardly seems enough. I do appreciate that you talk about “toxic minimalism.” I believe all things, to their greatest extremes, become harmful. Water, for instance, you need, but will drown you in excess. I imagine the message is to take a step back and try to figure out what is truly meaningful in your life.

That's all fascinating. I have attempted meditation from some of your previous video's but I find it difficult to quiet my mind, though it's quite peaceful to listen to. Perhaps I should try some more of the things you have mentioned in this video.
