Louis, it is so interesting how you quietly are an encouraging influence on & positive connection to the people around you - it is an encouragement & connection that I think will last. to those of you who commented previously, hospitality is a lost art in our world - in most of the world, particularly in areas that aren't uber-affluent - visitors are gladly & willingly taken care of - there is no concept of freeloading - hospitality is a part of the culture - and sadly it seems to becoming less and less a part of affluent societies. and just for the record... if I was to meet up with Louis & extended an invitation to come stay with my wife & I, I wouldn't consider his stay with us freeloading - he is the kind of person that having around is a special treat, a wonderful opportunity to connect with a kindred & encouraging soul. (and Louis, if you think that's an open invitation if you're ever in Northeast Georgia in the USA, you're right on target! ;-) LOL)
