Y'all are lucky that Ryan doesn't make you guys clean and organize the trucks every Friday like most places do. It makes it much easier to keep up with, plus people are more likely to put stuff back where it belongs because they know they'll have to do it later on. Those trucks looked brand new this Spring and got trashed over the year. 😂

I think since the work gets done quick Ryan cuts them some slack I mean from what I see in the videos they get a lot done relatively fast as a crew which I think is good for the boss and for the employees plus Ryan is a good boss from what I’ve seen he likes to extend the season for the guys in the winter if he can which is just a sign of how good a guy Ryan is and I’m sure that’s cause he likes his employees. If he wanted them to be efficient about it then that would mean no work for a couple extra days while it gets slow in the winter so I think Ryan is fine with it I think it’d be a different story if the work wasn’t getting done during the season

Some will suggest to use ether spray on cold starts but its risky to your engine if you don't do it correctly. Another way that is more controlled and safer is to take a cloth rack and wet it with gas and the put it partially over the air intake and that works well.
