So that I can make these videos available, I need to state that you must take responsibility for your own well-being if you choose to tap along. While I'm confident that tapping along with this video can provide great benefits, I make no claims as to what, if any, benefits you will receive. While EFT has yielded impressive results in treating physical and psychological issues, not everyone will benefit in the same way. EFT is still in the experimental stage and, while a growing number of PhD's and MD's are adopting it, we cannot claim that it is risk-free. I am unaware of anyone experiencing negative side effects from using these videos, but different people require different care, and depending on a number of variables, it is possible you could uncover deeper issues within the process that this video is not able to address. It is recommended that you consult a qualified health practitioner prior to using this technique.

Just like a godsend..I was having a great awesome day, then stopped to see a "friend" who had grouchy attitude (again) and I felt so very bad, he used to be warm now he's cool and aloof..felt horrible like he's mad at me ..and I found this vid. I feel like my entire family is mad at me. This morning, I sent them a mean text message telling them that they weren't my family anymore. Even when they told me that they weren't mad at me, I still feel like they are. My maternal uncle said that he's not mad at me, but he's sad because he doesn't get to see me and my little brothers often because he has lots of work. My paternal aunt told me that she's not even mad at me, but she just wish I had said something better. They both told me that their love for me is everlasting. My paternal uncle is naturally angry. Ever since he was a very little boy, he always got angry at everyone and everything. Only if you don't anger him, he's a pretty normal guy. Since Daddy had a stroke almost 12 years ago, I always ask my paternal uncle about him. Tonight, my uncle sent me a short text message and said, "He was okay." Daddy now lives in the local nursing home. My uncle always goes to visit him since he lives very close to the place.
