I watched it , practiced concentration 24*7 for months and boom , i became so good at it , that i scored 97 percentile in CAT 2020 (National level aptitude test) , got a job which pays well after i gained courage to quit my last job, my confidence is over the roof now , i form good bond with almost everyone now, my mom loves me . That's how some things change and impact your life. I got lost during the 2nd lockdown and lacked confidence, so i searched for this video , came back to it again and now it's been a week i have practiced it and as expected i feel confident and my life is sorting itself again. I have been training my mind since I was 18 to think positively. Thinking positive does not mean you do not feel upset, deposed, sad or unhappy. What it means is you feel all the emotions yet you choose to see the positive aspect in the most negative situation. Being an optimist in negative situations is like silverlining. Life as it is, is full of rocky terrains but it is upto us to make it a bed of roses. We have the power but our ignorance takes the best of us as we allow our minds to control us rather than us controlling our mind. Our mind is the most powerful instrument in our body and to train it to it's utmost potential is our gift to ourselves and the word.

I find meditation to be a powerful tool to achieve concentration. Meditation is simply putting your mind on one thought or image and holding it. When the mind drifts, bring it back over and over again until you can hold a single thought as long as you wish. From this practice I'v learned to silence the world around me and concentrate on only one thing as described in the video. In this practice lies the secrets of success and understanding your relationship to life especially when the thing you are focusing on is total silence and an absence of thought. Then you will find your true self and learn the wonderful truth about who you really are.. This is effective prayer. Hope this helps.

Very useful video. To reduce overthinking be careful what you feed your mind. Avoid comparing your life with others, reduce watching negative social media and avoid constipation as it affects the mind instantly. Your breathing is closely related to the brain [mind] and gives relief from stress-anxiety. For a relaxed mind observe the sensations of your incoming--outgoing breath at the entrance of the nostrils for 5-10-15 minutes or more. You can sit or lay down on the bed--eyes closed--No deep breathing. Don’t fight your thoughts. With practice the mind will relax. Keep a reminder to observe your breath sensations throughout the day and night anywhere -anytime-- before sleep, at work, taking a walk, at home, when travelling etc with eyes open or closed. Like me make breath observing a lifetime habit to have a better life. Best wishes--Counsellor.

Right now, I am writing this and my energy is 100% here, and I am here in this moment, aware of what I am writing and I am not thinking about anything else than what I am actually writing here. Powerful message, indeed, knowledge it’s power... for everyone around the world who are willing to allow himself, i salut you. You are a unique and extraordinary being... for those who speak Portuguese, “de o seu foco, controle a sua energia e a encaminhe para os seus objetivos, um de cada vez para não haver desperdício de energia” All the way up👆

One of the best pieces of advise that I have heard on how to practise mind control . Mind by nature has a tendency to wander in multiple directions , to be able to create a focal point around which it revolves is something can be achieved through practise concentration .

Take up one idea. Make that one idea your life; dream of it; think of it; live on that idea. Let the brain, the body, muscles, nerves, every part of your body be full of that idea, and just leave every other idea alone. Does anyone else have these sort of like revelations to themselves and later find out someone else has discovered it already. For example this video, I realized this a couple months ago. It also confirmed my belief that we all have souls. If we are just our brain and have no soul, how could we be aware that we're tricking our brains, we'd be tricking ourselves as well. Just some food for thought.

Everyone gets distracted.. It's not just this state that you're in is causing this. In fact, this is a great opportunity to be agitated 0r affected or perhaps not affected and still work things through. To let go. To have control over your reaction to things , your cognition, your mind , your attitude towards things❤ It is 90% how you react to it And at the same time accepting things as they are being ready for any reaction be it love or rejection or nothing and leaving everything on god Mata bhagwanji and universe ❤️♥️ This is the time you work for yourself, your parents and everything you ever wanted. A great opportunity ❤ To get back the control of you❤ your mind that you anyhow would have to do in work or even in spiritual practice❤ You got this This video will be a reminder touchwood Jai Mata di♥️🧿✨✨✨
