True story! Out in my field baling hay, sunny day, listening to music, great day. Suddenly feeling of something wrong with my close friend. Had an overwhelming urge to check on her. Thank you ❤ this is like hell, just recently I found out that my TF is /was in a very toxic relationship and that I have been picking up telepathic messages from him for quite sometime now . I didn’t know that what I was picking up were telepathic messages and now this. You described everything I feel quite constantly. Nausea, headache, stomach and they hit me out of nowhere. I happen to have a headache now that started out of nowhere, I don’t usually have headaches until this started happening. Will try releasing it. Thank yo u ❤

I don't see it this way; you can learn to recognise someone else's energy. It feels outside of you, not in you. It takes time to recognise this energy, but once your more intune with your own energy you will recognise it very quickly, and not confuse it for your own energy.
