The old fart examiner was completely inappropriate. It's never ok for an examiner to display that kindof bias.

we are total of 10 batchs with 5 each in a batch and when we gave finals for our batch it was a old aged external examiner just like in here i was the second person there were a few osce stations kept and it started ...he was wearing a mask.. i was not able to hear him.. and lol he asked questions like what kind of incision would u give what technique u would follow if there was grade 3 recession and it was smooth but then the topic some how drifted and we were in a state of debate where he was justifying that i was wrong and idk i was in a totally drifted out mood too and i was justfying we would follow a different technique that was being followed at our school… my internal examiner just winked at me to bring me back to exam mode and then i was like sorry sir u are right then he went on like why madam… why... then i was like sorry sir the post op is better with your technique lol and idk if he was convinced we ended it there i passed lol but yeah we are in a era were we use lasers and more precise.. less invasive techniques…so science keeps evolving… u should change u cannot stick to what is being thought in school at our time
