I only heard about her when she was a guest judge on RuPaul's Drag Race and they had to lipsync to "Ghost". That's when I started checking her songs and now stumbled upon this one. Can't believe I had never heard about her before.

GOD I wish I knew about Fefe back when I was a teenager. Seeing a black girl singing rock would've changed my entire perspective on myself as a black girl who was into it, but was literally the only girl of color in my ENTIRE school. It was such an isolating experience. Needless to say, this fed that teenager in me OMG

Just saw her live. After 10 yrs of touring and performing...this group is tight! She is not a newbie. I respect her talent. She writes songs for Miley, Selena and Jonas and others. She produces and engineers in the studio. You have to see her live. She is definitely influenced by Kurt Cobain and Courtney Love. Even the new pop tunes sound heavy live. This chic is gonna be around for a long time. Bring on the haters!!
@SocialStudiess13 күн бұрын
I have been binge watching her videos. I never thought I would say anything against Queen Fefe. As a black male I have to say this though. Fefe, you’re one of us. Why are there no black people EVER in your videos!?!

Read a few comments here. I don't know man FeFe is wicked, love the energy, whether it' s too forced sometimes or not, who cares it may be just how she is..that's her...that's what she wants to do. what matters is that she delivers...and let's describe what mainstream means..who decides what's more mainstream? There are so many musicians that I dig that aren't celebrated or recognized for their distinctive talents, rather they fall into the "most underrated" category. everyone's so generic
