My super simple feijoa ice cream recipe is the ultimate treat not only for summer. Indulge in real fruit ice cream.
I am sure you'll make this feijoa ice cream on repeat.
You'll only need 3 ingredients and the ice cream is ready in around 4 hours.
Tip: Instead of feijoa, add any other fruit or flavors you like.

In North America the Feijoa is known as Pineapple Guava. You might be able to grow it in a pot. Otherwise, I hope you can come to NZ when the Feijoas are ready (usually March to June).
