This month Joe Webster interviews Feldenkrais™ Trainer Anastasi Siotas about Walking for Longevity.
We discuss some of the many health benefits of making walking a bigger part of your day to day life, as well as some of the movement/health consequences of not moving enough and being overly sedentary.
Anastasi draws on his multiple years of experience as a Feldenkrais teacher and highlights some very interesting aspects of how we walk that help build the picture of why walking is such an important human action.
