I am reckoning, judging from hairstyles, the cars and registration plates, that this dates from 1964-1966. That Vauxhall Victor is a 1964 model, and that appears to be the newest car in the whole film. The Vauxhall and Mini drivers both wear seat belts - 1965?

My driving instructor was driving tanks in the desert in 1943 against General Rommel. After the war he was a tank instructor then a driving instructor.
