I have kissed my cats since they were kittens and not only do they love it, they kiss me back. My female tried so hard to actually kiss me on my lips with hers. My male just presses his lips on mine then licks my nose. Whenever he licks my nose it means he wants treats or to be groomed which is cool. They all have their own ways as they are all from different parents from this state. The one thing they all have in common is me and where they live. I watched my female and male groom each other this morning and it was heartwarming. They all help each other out. If my smallest cat, also a female, wants treats, my male will come in and lick my nose for her. It's fascinating. I then try to give him treats but he runs off and lets her eat them. Meanwhile she already had hers moments earlier. And ran off after she ate them but instead of meowing for more, she has him come in. I would love to know how they communicate this with one another or if it's a pattern they recognize and therefore know how to repeat. Cats are smarter than people give them credit for. My biggest cat, my Calico female, knows right from wrong. She somehow has a sense of it and I don't know if she got it from me or what. I just do not know. I just know she knows. When my male cat messes with my smallest cat my calico will come to her rescue and if it goes on for too long, she comes and gets me! So fascinating. All of it.

Our two cats are very used to being kissed. So much so, that they know we are showing affection to them and they, as cats will do, started to imitate us . . . as accurately as they can! They, sometimes when they're sitting on our laps, put their face against our lips. One could say it's head-bunting, but it's in a particular area that seems to us like a kiss!😸👍🏻

My cat lets me boop her nose. However when she wants attention she will climb on me and boop mine. I laugh every time and immediately pay attention to her. Basically she won lol

I used to have a cat that would bop my mouth with his nose when I told him "gimme kiss" or made a kissy noise to him. He was a black cat that I took with me when I moved in with my dad and family and they all grew to love him dearly and despite my dad not being into the idea of having another animal in the house, he ended up having the closest bond with my cat especially when I moved out and had to leave him to live with them. 🖤

My cats will do (or let me do) all of these...though giving them a bath is very very rare. But then, I'm the one that feeds them, gives them catnip, and lets them lay all over me, so I've got special privileges. 🐈🐈‍⬛♥

The funny thing is that when I want to introduce myself to an unknown stray cat, I just offer my finger to them and they come forward to sniff it. The introduction over, they become quite comfy with me. I found this the best way to win a cat's trust. Other than the slow blink to them and allowing them the first move to come close.

My cat, Apollo, will prance (yep actually like in the movies, tail up and attitude to the max) infront of me to the bathroom, then he races to the stool and stretches up for a kiss... like he's the gatekeeper, and this is the price of the toll I must pay before doing any sort of bathroom business! 😂

I know I’m important to my cat because he’s only ever present when I’m the only other living soul in the house. My own family until recently didn’t even realize I share my home with a cat.

Not my cat, she's a complete mush, she throws herself on the floor in front of you to rub her belly. You can pull her legs off and she'll sit there. She is also unbothered by anyone who comes in my house. I have not tested her on any real strangers so she might protect me if someone was dangerous. I'm pretty sure she hasn't come in contact with anyone who is a threat.

My cat allows about all of this and she isn't even a year old. I say about all because I haven't tried bathing her. I see no reason to. She does a fine job herself. She is a regal beauty. That she allows all the rest you mentioned here, I wonder if that is because I didn't pick her she picked me. I did this conciously, let the kitten pick. Sitting down with all three and watched which one kept looking me up.

I love gently giving the fur on my cat's nose a little rub. It's like a special kind of velvet 🤷🏻‍♀️ I don't do it often and I'm always gentle, she doesn't seem to mind (it's not like I sit there scratching her poor little nose all day!). They just don't understand how irresistible they are!😺

When I started playing this video, I had just finished touching my kitten's nose. Lol He just groomed me and fell asleep on my chest. 😊 I touch his nose often in the most loving way, and he loves it. I kiss him on the nose when he reaches up to me for affection. I get away with all these things. I've only had my kitten for a month, but I love him forever. ❤🥰

I guess one could add, that if your cats do enjoy your company is that they start to imitate you. Even if they dont know why it is what you're doing.

my cat loves nose boops, when she's curled up by my bed at night she lets me hold her tail without any resistance, even if she doesn't curl up on my bed as much as she used to she's almost always curls up next to my bed

Mine 2 Kitties have to have 3 kisses on their Nose in the morning or they will bug me all day 🥰 But I can do all the things listed here 😍 I have to close the Bathroom door when I shower they both Jump in while I'm in their, I guess it is because I have had them ever sense they were 4 weeks old 🥰

So my cat loves me🥲 I’ve done pretty much all these except bathing and she doesn’t like getting picked up. She had to be rehomed so I got her three weeks ago and I’ve been trying so hard. She’s almost four and was in the same home since birth so I felt so bad for her

My cats will let me do any of these... except give them a bath. I haven't tried since the last time one did a belly flop into a paint tray while we were painting a room, but I'm pretty sure if I did either of my boys would quickly go from "Your my favorite human! Best friends forever!" to "You sir may go straight to hell"

My cat askes 2b picked up and wants 2 drape himself over my shoulder like a toddler. When I'm in bed, he will use his paw like a hand 2 try and lift my arm 4a hug. I drape my arm over him and oull him close like a Teddy 🐻 bear. Kiss the top of his head, and..... Let the purring begin! 😻

Cats hate water - so perhaps bathing them unnecessarily is a torment. Besides, their saliva is equipped with much stronger germicides that a bath can ever offer. Bathing in chilly weather can cause pnuemonia and serious consequences. Best to let your cat live as close to Nature as is safest for it.
