Well done. Especially the prop grease! Lower unit oil in sterndrives and outboards should be changed at the end of every boating season. Never put your boat away with old oil . There might be water in the oil and you don't want it sitting all winter with water in it.

Prop nut is supposed to be around 70ft# tight. Not sure how you took off by hand.

There is a mark on the stick about midpoint to the top.
