Thank you so much for this production. I'd never seen a documentary on Susan L. Taylor, and she SOOO deserves it. She's been a role model of mine since I was a teenager in the '80's - and even more so since I've been a grown woman. She is truly a national treasure. Thanks again.

I remember when I was pregnant with my last child (24 yrs ago) and I was alone. I saw Susan speak and it gave me life. She got me to believe in myself that I can do it alone without the father and without my family. Susan inspires me so much. I just turned 50 and I am inspired again with this show. I am going to be better. Once again thru the inspiration of Susan

Susan Taylor has been such a inspiration to me. When i would see a Essences Magazine I'd go straight to to her page for that dose of inspirational power. I can also relate to her theory on anxiety I prefer a change of mind sat then medication.I appreciate when people in high places look out for the less fortunate.

Thank u so much for presenting this. I have loved Susan Taylor for years. Always looked forward to reading her In The Spirit Column. So refreshing. Even today, when I am browsing the book section of stores, I smile when I would read her column and think what a beautiful woman, so full of knowledge, charisma, and strength. I wanted to be just like her when I grew up. How wonderful, and then I hit the runway, hoping to meet her face to face one day and thank her for confirming the fact that we are beautiful, brilliant and beautiful. In closing I say thank you Susan Taylor for the things you have brought to the forefront then and now. You are the surely the "truth.". Keep Keeping on!

....her physical presence was enough for me....in the magazine...the capitol of the message the magazine was sending.......she is a living symbol of what a elegant black woman is supposed to be....should be....can be....must be....looking at her always made me smile with pleasure joy...and respect...so many black women owe her their utmost respect because she showed them at their best....always....and 99% of the time she was the 1st one to give them their 1st big break in national media...all of those female celebrities OWE HER...and they have a LOT of work to put in to honor her...i love her....grace personified....truly black female excellence.....
