OMG!! I don't know you, but I just want to offer some encouragement. I know what it's like being a writer, I've written a book: The Big Deception: a book about relationships" on Amazon under Connie Brown. So, I know the imaginative and creative process that goes into it. I just want to say...I believe in your ability. You can do it!! Just stay focused and positive. During the process of discovering my dreams and pushing my ambitions, I can't help but remember all the 'Greats" who have been through hell and high water and faced disappointments and many setbacks on their journey. This keeps me grounded and focused because I know I'm in great company. So, keep pressing forward and PLEEEASSSE DON'T STOP!!! I love good films!! And, I often think what if Tyler Perry had given up, we all wouldn't be enjoying these hilariously funny 'Madea' movies. So, please don't you ever stop....you're writing scripts to speak to millions to make us laugh, think, wonder, cry, and then start all over again! God put those abilities there and He will give you the know-how and strength to bring it to fruition. He has to. And I can hardly wait.

Her stories are not "magical", their more like mesmerizing, in that they are full of exotic looking characters in beautiful settings, entertaining the mind, body and spirit.. Love your series .. Mara Brock Akil is a creative legend in her own right and their story is inspiring, talented and giving but one thing I know being a writer myself is she is a great listener. Her husband Salim had the wisdom and knowledge and his voice is hypnotizing ..indeed,, but she had to be open in order to move forward with him .. they were and are 2 very intelligent people who knew what they wanted early in their life. I've enjoyed all of her works over the years and was surprised by a few of them 'Jamie Foxx is one of those, brilliant writer and I know it's not easy ..it's her gift. Also another favorite and it is a synergy is her connections with other artist Gina Prince Bythewood is one of them. My only disappointment with 'Love Is ___ is that I think she should have cast her sister Kara, age is not always the factor, she resembles her most and speaks like her and is a great actress in her own right and has the emotion and passion her/your character needed. But, congratulations on another great series! Looking forward to future works.. and can't wait for that 'Girlfriends' Movie .. seek out Dennis Hayesbert .. just do it.

I watched The Game on BET more than I did on The CW. I felt that they didn't need Blue and Keira and they should've promoted Jerome and Jazz to main characters instead. Blue and Keira were corny! Also, the final episode would've been better if Malik finally matured. It's ashame that Tasha couldn't keep a man, but there are females who act just like her, so it was real. Chardonnay's purpose was to make Jason get over his fear of darker skinned Black women and once Kelly came back, she had no purpose but to continue being another angry Black woman who wasn't needed because they already had Tasha.
