In the dead king's hall (roughly at 7:45), the pumpkin king isn't smashed, but the other kings aren't regenerated. The rat king's skull hasn't been replaced and his eyes are still loose, the snake king's still got the sword holes in his head, and like tophat said, the fish king is having trouble breathing. and the fly is still decapitated.

He hoped he could show him what life was like without obsessing over crowns. But when the Double King rejected existing that way and lashed out, Death declared the effort pointless and could care less what happens to Double King from there on out, as he was deemed beyond saving.
