I can't think of many choirs, past or present, with so many prominent, standout vocalists who could really command a song and tear the church up, like the many Fellowship had through the years. Mary really took this song and made it her own. No one will ever sing it with such conviction, the way she did. Thank you for sharing this!

A lot of new members but the whole flavor has changed. The church has turned contemporary in a big way. The choir is nothing like the old choir. I have never seen a traditional church turn so contemporary in all my life

⁠@@gospmusluver is that a bad thing? I’ve gone back watched a lot of Fellowship’s newer services, and more often than not, there’s a choir singing. The preaching by Rev. Reginald Sharpe is geared toward all generations. I’ve even seen BTS clips with current choir director, Dexter Walker, and they’ve included in some services having LouDella Evans direct. Contemporary is not a bad thing.

Going back and re-watching this video over and over again, tells me TWO things! One, Loudella was truly one of the very best things to ever happen to Fellowship. And another thing, it's something about the praise breaks of services during the 70s and 80s that others just simply cannot compare to.
