Wow, they look like real acorns with such detail, thoughs are a work of art. It was especially interesting to see you take thoughs tufts of wool and turn them into a ball with that needle, weve never seen anything like that done before😮

They turned out pretty good, I’m glad you both like them. It’s called needle felting it’s fun but you have to watch your fingers. It’s really easy and quick to do and you can make lots of different things felting is a lot of fun.

I was trained as a Cabinetmaker when young , and made my mother a custom hardwood Cantilever sewing box , with Incised scrollwork and animal carvings for her to keep her sewing implements in , as she was using an old broken down one that my Father had brought her many years ago .👍

Thank you so much Bob, I love old skills, my Nan taught me when I was little, she taught me a lot of things, the nickname Bonny is what she used to call me so this channel is kind of for her. She was a wonderful woman, all the best to you too ❤️

I do some small time leatherwork myself. Found out some weeks ago, that Matt (Pagan Workshop) and I use the same book for inspiration for some of our work!
