a lot of insurance policies do not cover Acts of God, ie weather related disasters. that is, IF he had insurance....

Doesn’t matter…. FEMA is here to take care of tax paying American Citizens who FUNDS them. I’m a Floridian…if you are impacted by RISING WATER (not coming in thru a ripped off roof) only FLOOD insurance will handle. And if you don’t live in a a flood zone most people don’t carry it. The point is, FEMA is IGNORING Americans in favor of ILLEGALS. Period. The ONLY reason they came to his house is because there was a news story.

@@dklauf Yes it is. I live inland in Central Florida. With 4600 for regular basic homeowners adding another 1000 bucks for FEMA flood insurance when not in a flood zone means many people skip it.
