I'm glad you watched the pudendal neuralgia video! Re: PSAS -- persistent sexual arousal syndrome (now typically called PGAD, persistent genital arousal disorder) -- I think there's a combination of physical issues happening in the body AND a psychological element as well. I do NOT, by any means, think that it's "all in your head," but the stress caused by PGAD will certainly amplify anything that's happening in the body. Hi Dr. Bri! I just discovered your page and I'm so happy I did. Question - I struggle with monthly debilitating menstrual/pelvic pain. Would these practices help to alleviate that at all? I am also on the hunt for holistic ways of living pain free.

OMG Bri! I have struggled with pelvic pain for several years. A year of acupuncture, pelvic floor PT, Urologists, exercises, meditation. Today I took some coconut oil and massaged. I discovered my cardinal tendon on one side was as tight as a tightrope. 10 minutes. NO MORE PAIN. I am flabbergasted!
