I hit 'longing' just over 4 weeks ago.. I had never heard of it but I was just saying to my friends that I'd hit a level of sadness that felt like my heart was just longing to be connected with someone, absolutey longing for love. I made it into longing, and into the pleasure of pain…magic happened…then I shut down a bit. I’m opening back up, now, and I’ve been teetering back and forth for a while. My masculine patterns are DEEP. I’ve repressed a lot of grief and rage in my life experience. But I know know knowwww how fulfilling and enlivening they can be. Sometimes I still get “mad” at what I’m feeling, or sick of it, and I struggle when it seems like I suddenly fall into thought patterns that are old or not mine, that move against what I have already experienced and known. It’s like sandpaper between my brain and soul. It’s been a rough ride recently. Felt like I’d gotten the hang of surrendering and letting all energy move through me, so utterly vulnerable…then the shell came back up. It’s been painful and frustrating. But today I finally was able to access some rage and let it flow through me, and it felt so fucking good. I needed to hear this today. Well I haven’t heard this feminine theory on the pain pleasure line but it’s interesting on how you speak to the exterior “joy” piece. I find that the deeper I come into finding pleasure, it moves along the same path as contentment, peace or some would call it “joy”, while my exterior world continues to “look” more and more painful. I’m experimenting with giving into pleasure fully and if by doing so, which way does the spectrum fold… will my exterior world burst into flames or will I enter into heaven on earth… I’m not sure yet but as I travel into the void I’m excited to find out.

This isn’t a great selling point in a world that wants all bliss and trophies and rainbows. But the upside is you feel more. What can you recommend for a 14 year old girl struggling with confidence and setting boundaries as she comes into her feminine and tries to discover her sexual energy in a healthy way? I love you Sabrina !!! You just spoke my truth at time space light capacity of my being at this moment. Like the Roberta Flack song "killing me softly" but you we're killing me Ravagely!!! Everything resonated and deeply brought me to those awakening tears ( ya never know when it will hit) I work in a medical laboratory for 29 years and I loved creating the most effective policies and procedures. I would long for the same feeling in my personal life. When I got in my late 40's I knew astrology was the policies and procedures to my personal life!!!🤯I got angry that the divine feminine and masculine have been denied the truth of themselves.
