LOL. This is soooo funny to me! I am Haitian and this is called a "baine" and women do this usually after childbirth. Like, your mom and grandma will make this after you have delivered and seeing people paying for this just tickles me. Edit: My mom says don't use a plastic basin since plastics are not natural. She used a metal bucket with a towel to prevent skin burning when you sit on it and she says fresh herbs.

There are actual seats you can purchase. They have good ones on ebay. I just can't sit on a toilet and think I'm going to do something relaxing. I don't care how clean that toilet is, ion want my robe touching any parts of it. I bought a whole separate seat. The purchase was worth it for me. I can totally relax.

Hello, I’m a certified vaginal Facilitator and it is ok to steam if you have the IUD, but you should only steam for no longer than 10 minutes. I have the IUD and I steam once weekly when I’m not menstruating.

It depends. Personally I dont think you should use any wash, just some warm water to clean your labia because the vagina is so sensitive, so if some wash or something drips and goes inside there, itll knock everything off. I would recommend just go seeing a gynecologist about that.

There are no real scientific benefits from doing this. Like it makes no real difference other than a relaxing thing to do. In some African countries they use it after a woman has given birth. She said there are benefits from doing this, which could possibly happen but there is no scientific study on doing this.

The education system has failed us because alot of Puberty/Sex Ed teachers, dont talk about the vagina as they should because it's a complex thing.
